Cycle
Get ready to work up a sweat and burn a serious number of calories in our Cycle classes! Using our top of the range indoor stationary bikes to focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery. Cycle classes are an awesome high.

We’ve made sure to provide only the best equipment so that whatever your goals may be, you have everything they need to hit your fitness targets.
You’ll find us on Aspects Leisure Park - just opposite the Bedford International Athletics Stadium. We’re open from 6am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm over the weekend.
